Great Stay
Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Greeted with a roaring wood fire making the wet weather tolerable. Check in was seamless and the bar and restaurant very welcoming. Food was superb and staff polite, cheerful and helpful. Big bonus being dog friendly, they were accepted everywhere except the restaurant which was understandable. No problem we ate in the bar and as all the other guests did too it made for a really warm and friendly atmosphere. First visit here and it will definitely not be our last.

Kew Gardens - Great walk and Nature
Fantastic place. Beautiful scenery. The ticket process was swift online. Paid with PayPal. There is no need to book a slot or time for Kew Gardens. Just redeem the voucher online and turn up. Show the voucher at the entrance and they will process the ticket.
Food inside is expensive. Plan to pack a picnic lunch/bag. The children's area is next to the Family Kitchen Shop/Restaurant.
Parking on site available at £10 per day but the gardens close at 7pm and the parking 30 mins after.

Birthday treat
Wonderful Jasmine afternoon tea at the Taj Kona. Food and drinks were plenty and the lovely birthday cake was a delightful surprise for my husband. Can’t wait to experience some of their other offerings with red letter days experiences which was great value for money.
