Get things started with welcome gin cocktail, before a tasting in the tasting room and prepare to be taken on a mouth-watering journey through the history of gin and the science of its distinct flavours. Afterwards, head through to the blending room to create a bespoke 70cl blend of gin, choosing from over 30 handmade distillates.
