• Availability Description

  You will receive two vouchers – both vouchers are valid for two people. For The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience: Available Monday to Friday, all year. Please book at least six weeks in advance. For Banyan: Available Monday–Friday, year round, excluding 27th November–31st December. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  For The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience: Minimum age: 9 years, 9–17-year-olds must be accompanied by two paying adults (18+). You may be asked for ID if you look under 18. Participants must be 1.2 metres or taller. Unfortunately pregnant people can’t take part in this experience. Please contact The Crystal Maze Experience if you have a disability or an injury to discuss eligibility. For Banyan: Please inform the supplier of any dietary and accessibility requirements at the time of booking.

• Duration Detail

  For The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience: The experience lasts approximately 70 minutes. Please arrive 30 minutes before the time on your ticket.

• Numbers On The Day

  For The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience: Parties of less than eight people may be placed with other participants to go through the maze as a group.

• Dress Code

  For The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience: Please wear casual and comfortable clothes with sensible shoes, no high heels or open-toed sandals are allowed.

• Other Info

  All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. For The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience: You can add extra participants to your group upon booking. You will need to sign a waiver before you take part. You will not be able to take part if you are under the influence of alcohol. For Banyan: Non-alcoholic options are available for under 18s and non-drinkers. Under 18s must vacate the venue by 9pm. After 5pm, menu options are slightly reduced.
