  All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. You must present your voucher on the day of attending your booking. Bannatyne operates a cashless payment system, so please bring a debit/credit card or contactless payment device to make any purchases on the day. Bannatyne operates a 48hr amendment policy. Spa bag hire charges vary by location, starting from £10 per person. This fee includes a robe, towel, flip-flops, and bag. The flip-flops and bag are yours to keep at the end of your spa day. This fee is non-refundable. Additionally, a refundable deposit is required for any spa bag provided, starting from £10 per person.
