Gordon Ramsay's Lucky Cat restaurant offers a sake masterclass to give you a fascinating insight into the process of this historic Japanese rice wine. Situated in Mayfair, begin the masterclass with a sparkling sake on arrival, as well as some Asian-inspired canapés. Let the expert sommelier talk you through the rice history of the rice wine, including how it’s made and different types of sake. Then move on to the tastings, sampling three sakes each paired with a selection of sushi to complement each dish.
