It is advisable to arrive at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment. This experience allows two hours access to the spa’s facilities. Step-free access is available at the venue. The spa is a gadget, camera, mobile phone and smoke-free zone. The venue requests guests to switch their mobile phones off or set to silent mode.
