About the experience
Discover all about artisan bread making and this unique way of making bread at Ann's Smart School of Cookery, owned by past Masterchef contestant Ann Hood. Ann's cookery school is a space that offers cookery adventures for everyone. With help from an experienced and friendly chef learn to make fabulous bread in no time at all without having to knead. In small groups take turns creating breads such as pizza, orange brioche plait, brioche rolls with chocolate sauce and walnut and raisin dough sticks as well as having the opportunity to watch the dishes being made. After the course sit down to enjoy the wholesome food together. Also receive 10 per cent off of any of 'Ann's Smart' ingredients at the on-site (or online) shop on the day.
