About the experience
Find beauty in nature and peace of mind with a 3km guided walk amongst the wild wonder of Loch Laggan, and then take the time to enjoy a peaceful and tranquil meditation and yoga session for two. Taking place against the vast backdrops of the surrounding Scottish mountains, the session will begin with a walk crossing through forests, fields, all the whilst looking out for all of the rich wildlife. The walk will conclude at the beach at Loch Laggan, where it’s then time to connect to the natural world with a guided meditation session, followed by a yoga flow experience. After the session, enjoy a homemade refreshment with a plant-based brunch as well as a tea or coffee before embarking on the walk back.
