120 Minute Simulator Session with Boeing Pilot for One

Highlights
About the experience
Enjoy a truly remarkable 120-minute experience at the controls of a Boeing 747 simulator, guided by an experienced Boeing pilot. After a short briefing to familiarise yourself with the essential instruments and controls, you’ll step into a simulator used by real airline crews and embark on an immersive flying session. Surrounded by a 180-degree wraparound screen and equipped with authentic cockpit features, this is a rare opportunity to get a pilot’s-eye view without ever leaving the ground. This is the North of England’s only authentic upper deck 747-400 simulator. Housed in the iconic ex-BA aircraft G-BYGA, the venue offers an exceptional setting with opportunities to snap a photo in the captain’s seat, recline in a real business class bed, and browse the aviation-themed shop. A thoughtful and luxurious gift for aviation enthusiasts, or anyone who’s always dreamed of flying a jumbo jet—without the jet lag.
