Spend the day exploring some of the most exhilarating off-road cycle routes in the Peak District. This comprehensive course is perfect for beginners and those wishing to enhance their mountain bike skills. Receive tuition from a knowledgeable expert who will teach better control, line choices, improved riding position, set up and safety checks. Begin by being welcomed to the training base with an introduction and then head out to explore the rugged trails. Learn practical skills and take on various types of terrain, facing a variety of obstacles along the way. Improve technique, discover some of the best places to ride, learn about equipment and understand which bikes are suitable. Set targets for the future and begin to progress, equipped with core skills and valuable knowledge.
