All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. Please note, walk ups will not be accepted. All products must be pre-booked and are non-refundable once booked. It is not possible to reschedule or refund for no-shows or late arrivals. Seating is pre-allocated before the cruise takes place; the voucher is valid for a standard seat on board. Window seats can be purchased on board but are not guaranteed. The boat must keep to a strict timetable, so latecomers will be unable to board the vessel.
