  This experience is available Tuesday-Thursday, year-round. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age: 18 years. Anyone showing signs of any transmissible disease/covid/flu cannot participate. Not all big cat enclosures are wheelchair accessible. Guests must make the venue aware of any additional needs/accessibility requirements at least 5 days in advance.

  This voucher is valid for two people.

• Dress Code

  Sturdy closed-toe shoes and long trousers/jeans are required. All participants must wear the provided gloves and face masks during the experience.

• Other Info

  All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. Whilst there is no guarantee which big cat you will meet and feed, the venue can take requests if you have a particular favourite. Please email the venue at least 5 days in advance if you have any requests. The zoo opens at 10am every day. Hours may vary - please contact the venue for details on seasonal closing times and last entries. The big cat encounter takes place at 2.15pm. You must check in at Guest Services on arrival or at least 30 minutes prior to experience. Afternoon tea will be booked in for 3.30pm. Please email the venue at least 5 days in advance is you have any special dietary requests.
