  You will receive two vouchers, both are valid for two people. For River Thames Sightseeing Cruise: This experience is available week round, year round excluding bank holiday Mondays, Valentine's Day (13th and 14th February), Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend (Good Friday and Easter Monday), 25th December and 1st January. For Gaucho: Available Monday–Friday, January–November. This experience is available from 12pm–5pm. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  For River Thames Sightseeing Cruise: Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 5 may travel for free. For Gaucho: Please inform the supplier of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

  All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. For River Thames Sightseeing Cruise: Please note that due to high demand for the river cruise during summer months there may be some restricted availability during July and August. Specific dates may not be available – please be aware this experience is subject to availability and operational changes. City Cruises services operate approximately every 30 minutes between 10am and 6pm (depending on the departure pier and the season) – please remember to check the times of the return boats and the last boats of the day. This voucher cannot be extended. Once booked, if you do not show up for the experience without notice, you will not be able to reschedule and a refund will not be available. For Gaucho: A discretionary service charge will be applied to your bill on the day.
