Blacksmithing Experience Day for One

Learn how to blacksmith and craft, and create your very own metal objects in a day’s experience for one person. Be taught the ancient artform of steel smithing across the day and work towards creating either a fire poker, hooks, skewers and more. Teamwork will be needed to overcome the difficult forge, but the end result is an accomplishment worth the effort. The day is split into three parts. For part one work on forging the metal into a shape, then for part two work towards heating and treating. Finally for part three bring it all together as the days works will be shaped and handled into your chosen item.

All safety equipment and P.P.E will be provided. Please wear work type clothes, such as jeans and a T-shirt. Please bring your own packed lunch. Open toed shoes are not permitted.
