Train to carve smoked salmon during a masterclass which is perfect for smoked salmon lovers. Join an expert at this fourth generation family business, at their salmon smokehouse in East London, and learn to carve the freshest and finest smoked salmon using skilled hand carving techniques. Personal teaching by Guinness World Record-holder Darren Matson has made this unique one-to-one class a must for knowledgeable fish lovers everywhere. Take home the side of smoked salmon you carve during the demonstration (in sizes of your choosing), as well as a beautiful hardwood salmon carving board, a specialist Granton smoked salmon knife and a pair of salmon boning tweezers.

Minimum age 16. Wheelchair users can be accommodated, please specify requirements at point of booking. All participants must sign a disclaimer form on the day.
- Duration Detail
The masterclass lasts for an hour but with on site Forman's Fish Island offering unrivalled views of the Olympic Stadium and Forman's London restaurant available Thursday - Sunday, you might want to stay on.
- Dress Code
The smokehouse is cold so warm clothes with long sleeves are recommended, along with closed toe shoes and no high heels (as there are steps down to the smokehouse). Compulsory safety wear is provided on arrival.
