About the experience
Visit LondonCryo and benefit from a whole-body cryotherapy session. Cryotherapy, also known as cold therapy, is the therapeutic exposure of the body to extremely cold, dry air. This treatment reduces tissue temperature and core body temperature, causing a shock to the body which then activates the nervous system. Blood flow and inflammation are reduced, tissue and muscle repair are heightened and blood circulation is improved. This treatment can accelerate mental recovery, treat injury and even enhance performance for sports activities through increased energy and the reduction of pain. Cryotherapy is often used to treat workplace injuries, osteoarthritis, migraines, anxiety, asthma and more. Feel relaxed, relieved and rejuvenated after this soothing and extremely beneficial treatment.
