You must present your voucher on the day of attending your booking. Bannatyne operates a cashless payment system, so please bring a debit/credit card or contactless payment device to make any purchases on the day. Bannatyne operates a 48hr amendment policy. Please inform the venue of any medical conditions, allergies and recent medical treatments upon booking. Spa bag hire charges vary by location, starting from £10 per person. This fee includes a robe, towel, flip-flops, and bag. The flip-flops and bag are yours to keep at the end of your spa day. This fee is non-refundable. Additionally, a refundable deposit is required for any spa bag provided, starting from £10 per person. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of the robe and towel at the end of your spa day. Alternatively, guests may bring their own robe, towel, and footwear.
