  This experience is available Monday–Friday, year round excluding bank holidays. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age: 18 years. Please inform the spa of any medical or dietary restrictions at the point of booking.

• Dress Code

  Please bring your own gym and swimwear. You will be provided with a locker on arrival, where you will find a bathrobe, slippers and towels.

  All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. Please arrive at the spa reception 15 minutes before your appointment time to enable you to prepare and fill in a consultation form if required. If you wish to use the spa facilities before your treatment, it is recommended that you arrive at the spa reception at least 60 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
