  All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences. The maximum weight is 120kg or 19 Stone. You may be required to produce proof of age. The abseil is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant. We would ask that you arrive at our group and advanced bookings desk at least 15 minutes prior to your booking. If you arrive after the time of your booking, you will not be admitted and not eligible for a refund.
