• Availability Description

  Thames Rockets from London Eye Pier is available week round from March–October and Thursday–Sunday from November–February excluding the Christmas period. Thames RIB Experience from Embankment Pier and City Cruises from Westminster Pier are available week round, year round, excluding bank holiday Mondays, Valentine's Day (13th and 14th February), Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend (Good Friday and Easter Monday), 25th December and 1st January. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  For Thames RIB Experience from Embankment Pier and City Cruises from Westminster Pier, under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum height: 4'5". For London Eye Pier, under 15s must be accompanied by a participating adult. For those who have ever suffered a serious back, neck or knee injury, we recommend seeking medical advice before booking. This experience is not suitable for pregnant women but wheelchair users are welcome.
