  Guests aged 18 or over are welcome - single sex or mixed sessions are available, please advise preference at point of booking. The extreme changes of temperature make the experience unsuited to pregnant women or anyone with serious medical conditions.

• Duration Detail

  Enjoy the spa facilities for up to two and a half hours. The parenie treatment lasts for 10 minutes.

• Dress Code

  Towels are provided and swimwear is necessary for unisex sessions. Please bring flip flops.
