About the experience
See the world from a unique perspective with this 30 minute light aircraft flight in Gloucestershire. Following a welcome refreshment and comprehensive safety briefing, head to the runway and board the aircraft in preparation for the flight. Once airborne, enjoy incredible aerial views of the Cotswolds, the meandering River Severn and the two great suspension bridges, whilst the aircraft glides effortlessly through the clouds. During the flight, the pilot will hand over the controls so you can experience the amazing sensation of piloting a plane first-hand. Once back on firm ground, take home a signed certificate of participation which can be logged and count towards flying time for a Private Pilot's Licence.

- Availability Description
Operates seven days a week. The venue is closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Weekends can get very busy, if a weekend date is preferred, we recommend booking at least four weeks in advance (even earlier for summer weekends).
- Participant Guidelines
Minimum age is 16. Minimum height is 4'10''. Maximum weight is 17 stone. Maximum height is 6'4''. For security reasons photographic id (ideally a passport) MUST be produced on the day in order to fly.
- Weather
Flying is a weather dependent activity and it's essential to call the venue for a weather check before setting out. If the flight is cancelled because of the weather, it will be re-booked for an alternative date or time.
- Duration Detail
Please allow up to an hour and a half at the venue, including a 30 minute flight. Flight times are approximate and are the chocks-off to chocks-on duration.
- Numbers On The Day
The briefing might be shared. The flight is held on a one-to-one basis with the instructor.
- Dress Code
Wear flat-soled shoes. Sunglasses are recommended all year round.
- Other Info
