Was initially surprised to find out that my spa treatments weren't until 3.45pm when I had arrived at 10am. However, it turned out to be a very nice relaxing day by the pool and time flew by. Sadly no jacuzzi or steam room. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
With the sun beaming outside, it was nice that there were tables and chairs outside to relax in and have afternoon tea. Afternoon tea looked gorgeous and tasted alright,
nothing too special - desserts and scone were definitely store bought.
The pool was child free from 10.30am - 4pm which made for delightful tranquility.
Unfortunately the 40min massage wasn't quite up to my standards of pressure/strength but overall it was very relaxing.

All staff were very welcoming, the facilities were great and the treatments were fantastic. The afternoon tea was delicious too. Would definitely recommend and do it again.
I bought 2 of these (one for me and one for my partner) and the staff sorted everything out so that it could be a couples thing which was perfect.
