Cancelled

Cancelled day before. Next booking may 25. Unable to rebook as asking for payment. Dad may nit be here next year. Would like a total refund

Postponed again

I have had to extend this voucher twice now and added money to access different experiences. This voucher is now 2 and a half years old due to experiences being cancelled, postponed or no longer available. The price has gone from £60 to approximately £150. Please don't waste your money buying this product.

Terrible company to deal with

I was bought the helicopter ride for my birthday from my Village and intended to take my son and nephew (who has terminal cancer by the way). I wanted to go when the weather was nice so tried to book first in June this year. There weren't any timeslots for the places we lived relatively near to so I kept looking. As time ticked away and I was nearing the expiry date I contacted the company to say I was struggling. They told me there was no availability at all before the end of my voucher date (about 6 weeks) but I could extend it. I tried to do this but there was a charge that I felt was unfair given that I couldn't physically book. I was then told to contact Buy a Gift to get an exchange. The tone was completely 'we don't care' and I have been left feeling extremely disappointed. Will definitely tell others not to bother.

Not even had it yet because cancelled on us night before

Not happy, booked a day off work for this, I work Tues-Sat, it's a nice day aswel so I'm gutted and upset, was also a nightmare booking it in the first place, never had the date we could do because of work, got this for a Christmas present last year that's how long we've been trying to book it to now cancel on us because of a technical fault!
